Bengaluru, Dec 20, 2023: Happiest Minds Technologies Limited (NSE: HAPPSTMNDS), a ‘Born Digital . Born Agile’, Mindful IT Company, organized the fourth edition of the Happiest Minds Run at the HSR BBMP Ground (Atal Bihari Vajpayee Stadium), Bengaluru, on Sunday, 17th Dec 2023. The Run was simultaneously held at Noida, Pune and Bhubaneshwar as well. A total of 1300 participants came together to make the run a success. An amount of ₹10 lacs raised by the Happiest Minds run, was donated to the Idhayangal Charitable Trust, which provides medical assistance to children with Type-1 diabetes.
The event commenced with an invigorating Zumba session by Happiest Health, setting an energetic tone for the day. Vinay Menon, the internal sponsor of the run, welcomed the audience enthusiastically and created an electric atmosphere.
Joseph Anantharaju, Executive Vice Chairman, Happiest Minds, emphasizing the pivotal role of fitness in his life, said, “I am glad to be here for the Happiest Minds Run, an event showcasing harmony between corporate excellence and dedication to health. The treatment will be facilitated by the Karnataka Institute of Endocrinology and the Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health.”
The run committee, comprising Sachin Khurana, Vinay Menon, Kiran Veigas, Paul Jacob, Hemantha Lenka, Mathew Gomes, Smita G, Anchal Shetty, and Prity Chowdhury, added a colourful touch to the event by releasing vibrant balloons that symbolized the commencement of the run. Venkat and Joseph officially flagged off the run, initiating the much-anticipated event. Over 1000 participants enthusiastically began their run, contributing to the event’s resounding success. The organizers expressed gratitude to the volunteers, Mello Events, sponsors, and behind-the-scenes contributors who worked tirelessly to ensure the seamless execution of the run.
The event’s climax featured the acknowledgment of participants’ achievements in the 3 miles and 6 miles categories. Pratham and Shriraksha secured the first prizes in the 3 Miles category, and Chandrashekhar and Seema emerged as runners-up. In the 6 Miles category, Shivaji and Basava Lingama claimed the first prizes, while Ganapati and Puneeth secured the runner-up positions.
RBL Bank, Global Insurance, ICICI Bank, and Classic Technologies were the proud sponsors of the run.
