The one area where the WMS needs to focus on is helping the Field Service Technician. Leading Warehouse Management platform lack the capability of Field Service Technician. It’s the Product Gap. We identified this as an opportunity and proposed a repeatable solution which will allow the Field Service technician to create, receive and return the shipment using their Tablet. We suggested an approach which will automate the entire process as well as keep track of the product delivered to the site. We have integrated the app with the WMS to retrieve and update the data. Once this app is implemented, it can be an innovative solution for other customers.
