Vivek Manu is the Senior Vice President at Happiest Minds. He is the centre head for Happiest Minds Noida and also heads Delivery and Operations for Pimcore and Salesforce practices. He has a wealth of experience spanning over 28 years and excels in managing and establishing labs/ODCs. He collaborates effectively with multiple stakeholders to build cohesive teams delivering high-end technology solutions. 

His expertise lies in operational management and control, focusing on delivery excellence, process optimization, operational efficiency, projections, and profitability. Vivek also provides solution consulting and pre-sales support while driving and managing strategic solutions across the organization. 

He has guided and managed Centers of Excellence in areas such as Salesforce, Pimcore, Big Data/BI, Security, and QA. As a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master, Vivek is well-versed in agile implementations and has a strong understanding of CMM(i) processes.
