She plays a key role in driving transformational deals, crafting winning proposals, and aligning technology solutions with business needs across diverse industries.

Her expertise spans consulting-led pre-sales, delivery management, and sales enablement, working across offshore-onshore models and agile environments. She has built and nurtured high-performing pre-sales teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and delivery teams to maximize business impact.

Before joining Happiest Minds, Vandana held worked at Satyam, Siemens, BirlaSoft and Path Infotech in various roles.

A PMP®-certified professional, Vandana holds an MCA and a B.Sc. in Mathematics. She is passionate about empowering teams, fostering innovation and championing women empowerment in the technology and business landscape.
