Rajesh Chandran Sogasu, Head of Talent Acquistion, L&D at Happiest Minds, comes with a rich industry experience of 32 years heading Global Talent acquisition, Resource Management, Learning & Development and Sales.  He joined us from Microland Ltd. where he provided leadership and strategic direction for TA and workforce management.  Rajesh has an expertise in designing and implementing process and automation around talent supply. Prior to Microland, Rajesh worked with Wipro Technologies and ITC Infotech at leadership levels in HR.

In his current role, Rajesh is instrumental in bridging talent demand and supply through both internal and external fulfilment. He will focus on key areas including talent sourcing strategy, cost per hire and talent development including cross/up-skilling.
