Preeti Menon is the Chief Delivery Officer for the PDES Business Unit at Happiest Minds. With over 22 years of experience in the technology industry, Preeti has led large teams that deliver multi-million-dollar projects. Her expertise lies in managing end-to-end delivery of Products for IDCs and Projects for ISVs.  

Before joining Happiest Minds, Preeti was the Technical Director at AOL India, handling their rich media products, which included Winamp, Shoutcast, and AOL Video, amongst others. Prior to AOL India, she was part of Symphony Services and was instrumental in setting up their Performance, Scalability, and Reliability Engineering team for Seibel. 

Preeti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from St. Xavier’s College, Bombay, GNIIT from Bombay, and has also completed her Accelerated Management Program from ISB.
