Praveen RP is the Chief Operating Officer for the GBS Business Unit at Happiest Minds. He is passionate about the digital realm and its power to transform individuals and businesses. He derives his happiness from outcomes delivered to our customers by our delivery teams. As a strong advocate of creative engineering, he believes in providing engineers with the freedom they need to excel and takes immense pride in the team of AI engineers being built at Happiest Minds.  

Prior to this role, Praveen was the Chief Delivery Officer for the Digital Business at Happiest Minds. Earlier, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Valtech. He was amongst the first few employees at Mindtree and spent a significant period there, where he managed global programs and large delivery engagements across various industry groups. Praveen also led a crisis management group at Mindtree, ensuring large fixed-price projects were delivered as committed. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to build and develop high-performing, globally distributed engineering teams. 

Praveen holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from BMS College of Engineering.
