Maninder Singh is the Chief Growth Officer at Happiest Minds. He has over 22 years of experience in various sales leadership and sales roles across the IT and consulting industry. His expertise spans across various industry segments, viz. Retail & Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Pharma, Technology, Media & Entertainment; building and selling transformational deals across the Front to Middle to Back office and developing key strategic relationships in the industry. His passion is team building, constant learning evolution, and customer delight, and he takes great pride in creating leaders for the future.

Before joining Happiest Minds, Maninder was the Business Segment Head and P&L owner for the Retail and Consumer Goods vertical at Tech Mahindra, where he successfully quadrupled the vertical over the 4-year period and was closely involved in architecting some critical acquisitions for the firm. Before Tech Mahindra, Maninder worked at Accenture, Genpact and HCL in various Sales Leadership and Sales roles.

Maninder is a Double Post Graduate (MBA & MCA).
