Isaac George, Geo Head and Sales Head – PDES, UK & Europe at Happiest Minds, has over 30 years of experience across the healthcare, utilities, insurance, technology, and software industries.  

Isaac started his career at the Strong Memorial Hospital and then has held leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services, Xansa, Steria and Fujitsu.  

As a seasoned senior management executive with a strong track record in delivering business outcomes, Isaac is adept at incubating, scaling new services, and delivering profitable growth. He brings holistic experience with a customer focus to enable transformation and business growth. He also has a deep understanding of the application of digital technologies for competitive advantage and differentiated service. He is a highly energetic executive with a proven track record of creating and nurturing high-calibre winning teams, including managing a multi-cultural, diverse workforce in large matrixed organizations.   

Isaac has lived and worked in the US, the UK, countries across Europe, the Middle East, Singapore and India. He is currently on the board of two UK charities.
