He complements this with a wealth of strategic sales & business development, advisory, partner, and operational experience. As a trusted CXO partner and change enabler, Balasubramanian has been instrumental in steering growth and transformation mandates for enterprises.

Prior to Happiest Minds, Balasubramanian’s experience includes stints with large system integrators (Wipro, Infosys), Consulting firms (Andersen Business Consulting), and mid-segment firms (Sonata, ITC Infotech & Alten Calsoft).
